PRABA Essentials offers FREE standard delivery on all Indonesian orders and FREE worldwide Express Shipping for all online orders valued over USD 250 in a single transaction. Orders valued under USD 250 will incur a flat rate International shipping fee. PRABA Essentials is not liable for parcels that are loss or damage in transit, late delivery or experience failed delivery by TIKI, JNE, or DHL for any reason. Compensation for loss or damage in the course of carriage is at the discretion of TIKI, JNE, or DHL, however you may pay for extra insurance to be added to your order – please contact us at email@example.com to enquire.
SHIPPING ADDRESS To ensure you receive your order safely and successfully, all our parcels must be signed for upon delivery. For fuss-free delivery, please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely. Please do not use PO Box delivery addresses as most local couriers cannot deliver to these locations. We suggest using a business hours address where possible. If you wish for your parcel to be sent to a work address, we advise that you enter an address that is easily accessible to the courier – e.g.: reception or mailroom. Please remember to specify levels or unit numbers. In the event the recipient is not present to sign for the parcel, the customer may nominate for someone else to sign and accept the parcel on his or her behalf. If no one is present at the time of delivery, our couriers will hold your parcel and leave an “attempted delivery” calling card, complete with instructions on how to claim your parcel.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME We endeavour to pick, pack, and ship your purchases within 24-48 hours of order placement. We wish to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping and aim to have your orders to you within 3 - 10 business days from dispatch. All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has left our dispatch warehouse. EXCHANGE - RETURN POLICY When placing your order with PRABA Essentials, you automatically agree to the online returns policy outlined below. We do not accept return for the time being due to COVID-19. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure to check your sizing prior to purchasing. If you wish to exchange any items from PRABA Essentials, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to PRABA Essentials. We will only exchange item with the same item otherwise the same valued item can be provided. No refund will be issued.
